RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS




The buyer has the right to cancel the transaction within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The costs of returning the goods are paid by the Buyer.


Before sending the goods back to the Seller, you need to notify the Seller about this, indicating the information about the order number and model article, by sending this information to the email address indicated on the website.


Return / exchange conditions:


- return is possible within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order by the buyer.


- the product received was not in use (traces of wear are absolutely absent).


- the consumer properties of the goods are preserved, as well as the original labels, stickers, tags, hanger, packaging.


- goods purchased for promotions or sales are not subject to return and exchange.




We charge additional shipping costs for a product that has been returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it has not been picked up in time.




If a defect in the goods is found or another model or model with characteristics different from the order (color, size) was sent by mistake, the Buyer must notify the Seller about this immediately, within 3 days from the date of receipt in any way convenient for you: by e-mail, phone or wats app, for preliminary agreement of all questions.


Send us an e-mail, in which you indicate the order number, model number and reason for the return, if possible, a file with a photo reflecting the item, the place of manufacturing defect or the product sent to you by mistake.




Send the product by regular mail to a postal address.




Having received a refund from you, we will send you a model for an exchange or refund the money within 14 working days (as soon as possible).


The seller is not responsible for defects or non-conformity of the goods to the requirements if:


- the goods were damaged due to the fault of the Client;


- defects of the goods are the result of their use for other purposes, including non-observance of the rules for caring for the goods;


- the product has lost its original appearance due to normal wear and tear during normal use.




DAMAGED GOODS




As a customer, it is your responsibility to open the package and check the condition of the products.




If the package was damaged during delivery, you must notify it directly at the pick-up point at the post office or the transport company that delivered the package.




If a defect is found in the goods, the Buyer must notify the Babyboom customer service department by e-mail Babyboomshops@gmail.com within 3 days after receiving the goods.


The condition for the return of the goods is the invoice issued to the Buyer. The cost of the defective product, together with the transportation costs for the return of the non-conforming product, will be returned to the customer's account from which the payment was made no later than within 14 working days from the date of the return of the product.
