At Babyboom.fi, we provide a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience convenient and secure.

Payment Methods:

Paytrail

Paying for purchases is safe and easy in the Babyboom.fi  online store. Babyboom.fi  does not store any sensitive material, but you enter all credit card or bank payment information yourself directly on the Paytrail pages of the bank or payment service provider. We use an encrypted SSL connection for communication connections.

The following Paytrail payment methods are available for orders containing marketplace products: Bank payment, credit card payment and mobile payment.

  • Bank charges

You can pay the order using the payment button of any Finnish bank, either based on the eBanking interfaces or open banking interfaces offered by the banks. Your bank statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the payee, which takes care of forwarding payments in our online store. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.


  • Credit card payments

You can pay in our online store with Visa and Mastercard cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode authentication services. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards your payment card payment to our online store. Card payment is made using a securely protected payment form, and the payment card information is not stored in the online store's systems.

  • Pay with Card via Revolut Gateway: Accept payments with Visa and Mastercard through Revolut's secure payment gateway. Transactions are processed instantly, and your data is well-protected.
  • Revolut Pay: Make payments directly from your Revolut account without entering card or bank details. Simply select Revolut Pay at checkout and confirm the payment in your Revolut app.
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: Use your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Android device for quick and seamless payments. Add your Revolut card to the Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet and pay with a single tap.

  • Home delivery to 180 countries (EMS)

With this delivery method, packages are delivered to the customer's door in approximately 180 countries (faster than the Priority delivery method).

Worldwide home delivery. Delivery to the Nordic countries 3–6, the rest of the Europe 2–8, and the rest of the world 6–15 working days after shipping. Trackable. In a few countries such as Sweden, Norway and Iceland, parcels will be delivered to a pick-up point instead. Deliveries on weekdays during the day.


  • Home delivery (Priority Parcel) With this delivery method, the packages are delivered to the recipient's home all over the world, except for a few countries where the packages are delivered to the pick-up point. Worldwide home delivery. Delivery to the Nordic countries 3–6, the rest of the Europe 2–8, and the rest of the world 6–15 working days after shipping. Trackable. In a few countries such as Sweden, Norway and Iceland, parcels will be delivered to a pick-up point instead. Deliveries on weekdays during the day.


  • Delivery (Parcel Connect)

Parcel Connect packages are delivered to your door. Depending on the country, the recipient has the option to direct the package to the nearest pick-up point or to a neighbor, for example.

If the recipient cannot be reached, an arrival notification is left for him and the shipment can be picked up at a service point in the destination country. The shipment's storage time varies from 7 to 14 days. An unclaimed package will be returned to the sender.

  • Delivery (Posti Parcel Baltic)

Delivery to a parcel locker or pick-up point

Available for pickup 1–4 working days after shipping. Flexible collection from a locker or pick-up point of your choice. Trackable.

Deliveries in Estonia Mon-Sun. In Latvia and Lithuania, Mon-Fri, but in the capital regions Mon-Sun. You will get a notice of arrival.


  • Pickup parcel to Sweden and Denmark (PickUp Parcel)

Delivery to a pick-up point or parcel locker Available for pickup 2–6 working days after shipping. Flexible collection from a pick-up point or locker of your choice. Trackable.

Deliveries Mon-Fri in Sweden and Mon-Sat in Denmark.

You will get a notice of arrival.


  • Home delivery to Sweden and Denmark (Home Parcel)

Home delivery Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with prior notice. Delivery 2–6 working days after shipping. Trackable.

You may direct the parcel to a pick-up point while it is on its way, if that suits you better.

In Sweden, the parcel will be left at the door, and in Denmark it will be handed over against the recipient’s signature.


Procedure for Lost Parcels


Contact Us: If you believe your parcel is lost, please reach out to our customer support team with your order details and tracking number.

Parcel Search: We will initiate a search with the postal service. This process may take some time depending on their response and procedures.

Loss Confirmation: If the postal service confirms that the parcel is lost, we will proceed with compensation arrangements.

Refund Process: Once we receive official confirmation from the postal service, we will issue a refund to the account used for the original payment.
