Protection from snow, wind and moisture

The Active Plus technical fabric is designed for changing winter conditions. It helps prevent snow, moisture and cold wind from penetrating the outer layer while allowing excess body heat and moisture vapour to escape.

A waterproof rating of 10,000 mm makes the set suitable for snowy weather, wet snow, winter drizzle and active play on damp surfaces. The windproof structure provides additional protection on cold and windy days.

The outer fabric has a PFC-free DWR water-repellent treatment. Water droplets and wet snow remain on the surface and roll off more easily instead of soaking immediately into the fabric.

Breathable comfort during active play

How to choose the right size

LENNE sizes are based primarily on the child’s height in centimetres. Measure the child from the top of the head to the floor while standing straight and without shoes.

When comparing measurements with the LENNE size chart, also consider the child’s chest, waist, inside leg and arm length. Children of the same height may have different body proportions.

The correct winter set should allow the child to:

• Raise both arms without the jacket pulling tightly.
• Sit and bend without the back becoming exposed.
• Walk and run without the trouser legs dragging on the ground.
• Wear a thermal base layer and a warm mid layer comfortably.
• Move freely without excessive loose fabric.

After trying on the set, check that the sleeve cuffs reach the wrists and that the trouser legs cover the top of the winter boots without being too long.

What to wear underneath

In mild winter weather or during active play, breathable thermal underwear or a lightweight base layer may be sufficient.
